Indication
This green tea comes from the prestigious soil of Uji in Japan where are produced the most famous teas. The puffed up rice which accompanies it comes from the prefecture of Akita, considered for the exceptional taste of its rice. Name “Genmaicha” implies in Japan the respect of strict and demanding specifications, contrary to the other geographic origins.
Use
To pour the contents of a stick in a cup and to add 200 ml of water to 80°C.
